Terms of reservation and cancellation :
We charges the customer by its bank card of the expenses of cancellation as follows :
- If the customer cancels between 30 days and 20 days before the arrival: no expenses of cancellation.
- If the customer cancels between 19 days and 9 days before: 30 % of the totality of the stay will be taken from the bank card of the customer by the establishment.
- If the customer cancels between 8 days and its day of arrival: 100 % of the totality of the stay will be taken from the bank card of the customer by the establishment.
